Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your Golden Goose sneakers must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Sneakers must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, shoe boxes, and authenticity cards must be included
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your items in the original box with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size and color variations subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

- New item will be shipped once return is processed
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.

- Refunds will be processed in USD and converted by your bank
