Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your Golden Goose sneakers must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Sneakers must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, shoe boxes, and authenticity cards must be included
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return

Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully package your items in the original box with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.

  • Refunds will be processed in USD and converted by your bank

Damaged or Defective Items
